Mr. Seth Jenkins

Originally from Baldwin County, Alabama, Mr. Seth has a passion for helping students discover and develop their musical abilities. He began playing guitar at the age of 15 and joined his first band just one year later. In 2020, he expanded his musical expertise by learning bass guitar and drums, becoming a versatile multi-instrumentalist who regularly supports local bands as a fill-in musician.

 In addition to his music background, Mr. Seth has extensive experience mentoring and teaching children. In 2019, he became the Head Instructor of the Ninjatrix program at Tucker's Tang Soo Do, drawing on 10 years of gymnastics experience and six years of martial arts training to teach parkour, gymnastics, and karate. He was later promoted to Assistant Manager when they founded Elevate After-School in 2021, where he tutored students in history, English, and creative writing. Across all these roles, Mr. Seth focused on building a positive, encouraging environment that helped students develop confidence, discipline, and fine motor skills.

 Mr. Seth's journey into music education was inspired by a parent of a child with special needs who was searching for a piano teacher. After being asked to teach her son, he dedicated himself to developing adaptive instructional methods that support students with diverse learning needs, providing high-quality, personalized music education for learners of all ages and abilities.

 Mr. Seth holds an Associate of Arts degree in Music from Coastal Alabama Community College, where he focused on music theory, performance, and education. Outside the classroom, he enjoys performing with local bands, reading, studying new languages, and collecting coins.
